63 Crewcab Project

More primer, sanding, & Final prep

The mauve colored primer is a high build variety, to further smooth the body and allow for sanding.   After many hours of final details, wet sanding, and sealing, the paint work has begun.  A chip proof coating has been applied to the pickup bed, and after more preparation, the interior and roof have been painted.  The exterior was also "edged" at this stage.  Color of choice was the truck's original color, L87 Pearl White.  Bumpers and trim have been painted bright white as were most of the double cabs of this era.
